This is the irregular protusion of the cornea, that happens to around 1/2000 people world wide, which causes irregular vision, focus on objects. This condition if goes undetected, untreated, leads to a more serious symptom called the Vogt’s Straies where iron deposits around the cornea leaving a person’s vision completely acute, when glasses also wont help, severe scarring of the cornea and painful conditions.
There are a few ways to treat this condition that ranges from glasses to contact lenses and in severe cases corneal transplation.
